At Le Tre Colonne we believe that respect for the land is the foundation of every good product. For this reason, sustainability is an integral part of our daily work.
♻️ We reuse every by-product: nothing is wasted, everything is transformed!
We give new life to the by-products of olive processing, actively contributing to a circular economy:
Exhausted pomace → is used for the production of biogas, a renewable energy source
Pit fragments → we use it as natural pellets for heating and for sale for pit boilers
Wet pomace → is used as natural fertilizer for our plants, nourishing the land that gives us its fruits
☀️ Clean energy for our future
Our company is powered by solar energy, thanks to the photovoltaic system installed on the roofs of our facilities.
