Shipping in Italy
For shipments in Italy, LE TRE COLONNE will deliver the products to the couriers TNT, SDA, FEDEX, UPS, within 24/48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from receipt of payment.
During the Christmas period, deliveries may be delayed compared to the delivery date indicated during the order phase.
The purchased goods will be delivered to the shipping address specified by the buyer at the time of purchase. The buyer will receive a confirmation email of the shipment containing the tracking number to monitor the delivery.
The shipping cost varies according to weight and according to the rates indicated below or is considered FREE for purchases over €200.00 (valid only in Italy - Islands Excluded).
We kindly ask all customers to fill out the order form accurately and in all its parts to facilitate the courier's task.
Once the shipment has been made, delivery cannot be refused. Any storage and returns will be charged exclusively to the customer (to withdraw from the purchase see 'Right of withdrawal').
The courier makes two delivery attempts. If the first is unsuccessful, the recipient will find, on the intercom or in their mailbox, a card containing all the instructions to contact the courier and arrange delivery.
All shipments are tracked via tracking number (waybill number) appropriately sent by email to the customer when the goods are in transit. To view the status of your shipment, simply connect to the courier's website and enter the tracking number.
Attention: at the time of delivery of the package, the customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
that the label affixed to the package shows your name and surname
- that the packaging is intact and not tampered with, including the sealing tapes.
In case of external damage (scratch, dent) or signs of tampering, the customer must sign the delivery note with "specific reservation" and enter in the 'Notes' field the reason why you want to accept the package with reservation. Otherwise, we will not be able to proceed with the insurance claim in case of disputes about the package. It is the buyer's duty to check the integrity of the material received within and no later than 3 days (natural and consecutive) from the arrival of the product.
After this period, LE TRE COLONNE will no longer be responsible for damage and/or missing material.
The costs for shipping both ways are ALWAYS at your expense.
Refund of money is not provided under any circumstances.
Alternatively, it is possible to request a voucher for the value of the purchased goods.
IN CASE OF RETURN:
1. The cost of transport will not be refunded.
2. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
3. The product, packaging, and box contents must be returned as new and intact.
4. The product must not have been used but only viewed.
In case of withdrawal, a letter must be enclosed inside the package specifying: name and surname, username (the one used to make the purchase), telephone number, reason for return, and date of purchase.

The packaging must be prepared in a way suitable for its transport, with the same packaging received or alternatively with packaging of similar strength so that the package returns to the warehouse in perfect condition.
Returns of products shipped without packaging or without a protective layer will not be accepted.
If at least one of the above points is not respected, LE TRE COLONNE reserves the right not to accept the possible return.
